Hesap Silme / Delete Your Account

Stellaria hesabınızı ve hesabınıza bağlı tüm verileri — doğum bilgileri, doğum haritası, günlük yorum geçmişi, "Gökyüzüne Sor" soruları ve abonelik durumu kaydı — kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.

1. Uygulama içinden (anında)

  1. Stellaria'yı açın → Sen sekmesi
  2. En altta Hesabı sil'e dokunun
  3. Onaylayın — hesap ve tüm veriler sunucularımızdan anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir

2. E-posta ile

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa furkanalpgunay41@gmail.com adresine "hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Hesabınızı eşleştirebilmemiz için uygulamada kullandığınız ismi ve (varsa) kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi belirtin. Talepler 7 gün içinde tamamlanır.

Abonelikler: Hesabı silmek Google Play / App Store aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez — ödemeyi mağaza yönettiği için aboneliği mağaza hesabınızın ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir (Play Store → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler).

Neler silinir: hesap kaydı, isim, (varsa) e-posta, doğum tarihi/saati/yeri, doğum haritası, günlük yorumlar, soru-cevap geçmişi, cihaz kimliği ve abonelik durumu kaydı. Silme kalıcıdır; saklanan ek kopya yoktur.

You can permanently delete your Stellaria account and all data linked to it — birth details, natal chart, daily reading history, "Ask the Sky" questions, and the subscription-state record.

1. In the app (instant)

  1. Open Stellaria → You tab
  2. Tap Delete account at the bottom
  3. Confirm — the account and all data are deleted from our servers immediately and permanently

2. By email

If you no longer have access to the app, email furkanalpgunay41@gmail.com with the subject "account deletion request". Include the name you used in the app and your registered email (if any) so we can match your account. Requests are completed within 7 days.

Subscriptions: Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a Google Play / App Store subscription — billing is handled by the store, so cancel it separately in your store account settings (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions).

What gets deleted: the account record, name, email (if any), birth date/time/place, natal chart, daily readings, Q&A history, device identifier, and the subscription-state record. Deletion is permanent; no extra copies are retained.
