Stellaria (“uygulama”, “biz”) gizliliğinize önem verir. Bu politika hangi
verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar.
Topladığımız veriler
- Doğum bilgileri: doğum tarihi, doğum saati ve doğum yeri. Bunlar
astrolojik haritanızı hesaplamak için kullanılır.
- Cihaz kimliği: misafir hesabınızı oluşturmak ve verilerinizi cihazınıza
bağlamak için anonim bir cihaz tanımlayıcı.
- İsim: uygulamada size adınızla hitap edebilmek için, kayıt sırasında
girdiğiniz ad.
- Dil tercihi: uygulamayı doğru dilde göstermek için.
- Sorularınız: "Gökyüzüne Sor" özelliğine yazdığınız sorular, yanıt
üretmek ve soru geçmişinizi gösterebilmek için saklanır.
- Abonelik durumu: deneme/abonelik durumunuz (aktif, süresi dolmuş vb.).
Ödeme bilgileriniz — kart numarası dahil — bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; ödemeyi tamamen
Google Play veya App Store işler.
Telefon numarası veya konum takibi (GPS) toplamıyoruz; e-posta yalnızca
isteğe bağlı bir hesap oluşturursanız alınır. Reklam göstermiyoruz ve
verilerinizi reklam ağlarıyla paylaşmıyoruz.
Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
- Astrolojik harita, günlük yorum ve uyumluluk hesaplamalarını üretmek için.
- Yorum metinleri üretilirken doğum verileriniz güvenli sunucumuza şifreli bağlantı
(HTTPS) üzerinden gönderilebilir.
Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılar
Verileriniz yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gereken işlemcilerle, sözleşmesel
koruma altında paylaşılır — hiçbir zaman reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla değil:
- Anthropic: günlük yorumlar ve "Gökyüzüne Sor" yanıtları üretilirken
harita özetiniz ve sorunuz, yapay zekâ hizmeti sağlayıcısı Anthropic'in API'sine
gönderilir. Anthropic bu verileri modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz.
- RevenueCat: abonelik durumunuzun doğrulanması için satın alma
bilgisi (makbuz, anonim kullanıcı kimliği) RevenueCat üzerinden işlenir.
- Google Play / App Store: ödemeler tamamen mağaza tarafından alınır;
kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
Veri saklama ve güvenlik
- Veriler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden iletilir ve güvenli sunucularda saklanır.
- Doğum bilgileri hassas kişisel veri olarak değerlendirilir ve korunur.
Haklarınız
- Silme: Uygulama içinden hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi silebilirsiniz.

- Tek istisna: ücretsiz soru hakkının kaç kez kullanıldığını tutan sayaç,
cihazınızın karıştırılmış (hash'lenmiş) bir kimliğiyle saklanır ve hesap silindiğinde
de kalır. İçinde ad, e-posta, doğum bilgisi ya da soru metni yoktur — yalnızca bir sayı.
Amacı tek bir kötüye kullanımı engellemek: hesabı silip yeniden açarak ücretsiz hakkı
sonsuza kadar yenilemek. Kimliği geri çözmek mümkün değildir.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Stellaria (“the app”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains
what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Birth details: date, time, and place of birth. Used to compute your
astrological chart.
- Device identifier: an anonymous identifier to create your guest account
and bind your data to your device.
- Name: the first name you enter during onboarding, so the app can
address you.
- Language preference: to show the app in the correct language.
- Your questions: questions you type into "Ask the Sky" are stored to
generate answers and show your question history.
- Subscription state: your trial/subscription status (active, expired,
etc.). Your payment details — including card numbers — never reach us; payment is
handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store.
We do not collect your phone number or GPS location; an email address is
collected only if you create an optional account. We show no ads and do
not share your data with advertising networks.
How we use data
- To generate astrological charts, daily readings, and compatibility calculations.
- When generating reading text, your birth data may be sent to our secure server over an
encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Third-party service providers
Your data is shared only with the processors the app needs to function, under
contractual protection — never for advertising or marketing:
- Anthropic: when daily readings and "Ask the Sky" answers are
generated, your chart summary and question are sent to the AI provider Anthropic's
API. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- RevenueCat: purchase information (receipt, anonymous user id) is
processed through RevenueCat to validate your subscription state.
- Google Play / App Store: payments are collected entirely by the
store; your card details never reach us.
Storage and security
- Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on secure servers.
- Birth details are treated and protected as sensitive personal data.
Your rights
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all data from within the app.

- You may request access to or correction of your data.
- One exception: the counter that records how much of the free question
allowance has been used is stored against a salted hash of your device and
survives account deletion. It contains no name, email, birth detail or question text —
only a number. It exists to prevent a single abuse: deleting and remaking an account to
renew the free allowance for ever. The hash cannot be reversed.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
