Stellaria'yı kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul edersiniz.
- Hizmet. Stellaria astrolojik harita, yorum ve uyumluluk içeriği sunar.
İçerik eğlence ve bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya
profesyonel tavsiye yerine geçmez.
- Sorumluluk reddi. Astrolojik yorumlar bilimsel tavsiye değildir.
Kararlarınızdan siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesap. Uygulama cihaz-tabanlı misafir hesabı kullanır. Cihazınızın
güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Kullanım. Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla veya sistemlere zarar verecek
şekilde kullanamazsınız.
- Abonelik (Stellaria Premium). Uygulamanın tüm içeriği 7 günlük ücretsiz
denemenin ardından abonelik gerektirir.
- Planlar: Aylık 6,99 USD · Yıllık 44,99 USD. Yerel para birimindeki
tutar mağazanın kurlarına göre belirlenir ve satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
- Ücretsiz deneme: 7 gün, mağaza hesabı başına bir kez. Deneme
bitmeden iptal edersen ücret alınmaz.
- Ödeme ve yenileme: Ücret, satın almayı onayladığında Apple ID veya
Google Play hesabına yansır. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce
iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden
önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- İptal: Aboneliği istediğin an mağaza hesabının ayarlarından iptal
edebilirsin (App Store → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler; Play Store → Profil → Ödemeler
ve abonelikler). Uygulama içinden hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İade: İade işlemleri, satın almanın yapıldığı mağazanın
(Apple veya Google) politikalarına tabidir; ödemeyi biz tahsil etmiyoruz.
- Fiyat değişikliği: Fiyat değişirse mağaza seni önceden bilgilendirir
ve gerekiyorsa onayını ister.
- Fikri mülkiyet. Uygulama içeriği ve tasarımı bize aittir.
- Değişiklikler. Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm uygulamada
yayınlanır.

By using Stellaria, you agree to the following terms.
- Service. Stellaria provides astrological charts, readings, and
compatibility content. Content is for entertainment and informational
purposes; it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or professional
advice.
- Disclaimer. Astrological readings are not scientific advice. You are
responsible for your own decisions.
- Account. The app uses a device-based guest account. You are responsible
for the security of your device.
- Use. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm
the systems.
- Subscription (Stellaria Premium). All content requires a subscription
after a 7-day free trial.
- Plans: USD 6.99 per month · USD 44.99 per year. The amount in your
local currency is set by the store and shown on the purchase screen.
- Free trial: 7 days, once per store account. Cancel before it ends
and you are not charged.
- Payment and renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google
Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription
renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the
period ends.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in your store account
settings (App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Play Store → Profile → Payments and
subscriptions). Deleting your account in the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: Refunds are governed by the policies of the store you
purchased from (Apple or Google); we do not process the payment ourselves.
- Price changes: If the price changes, the store notifies you in
advance and asks for your consent where required.
- Intellectual property. The app's content and design belong to us.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is published in
the app.
